THUNDER through New Albany!!!
As part of New Albany’s Bicentennial celebration, Saturday May 18th is Armed Forces Appreciation Day. The City of New Albany and the American Legion Riders Chapter 28 will host an event starting with a motorcycle ride winding throughout the city with police escort. Sign-up for this ride starts at 9:30 at the riverfront Ampitheater. The ride begins at 11:30. Afterwards, there will be music and events on the riverfront as well as specials at some downtown establishments. This is a FREE event!!!
Fink’s will be giving a 10% discount to all active and veteran armed forces members including Reserves and National Guard (exceptions are closeouts, tires, and Lucas products).
With this event and Memorial Day just around the corner, you’ll want to get your bike ready with one or more flags. We have a flag pole and/or mount solution for almost every bike.
